A DRIVER has launched into a tirade after their HOA reportedly imposed stiff fines for dozens of small infractions.
In a TikTok, the driving force explained how their "loopy" HOA imposes dozens of road laws with hundred-dollar fines.

"Their entire life mission is to make different individuals round them depressing," the TikToker, Jesse (@jesseprestonx_), stated in a post from April 2023.
"That's what my HOA is like."
Jesse stated the HOA imposed a number of parking and street guidelines on all its residents that she believes are "loopy."
"They put in these radars now and you may only go ten mph inside the development," Jesse claimed.
She stated driving across the neighborhood at ten mph would take her 30 minutes to get house.
Jesse also took challenge with the nice enforcement she claims was laid out by the HOA.
Drivers who clock speeds over ten mph are subject to $250 fines, she stated.
But the rushing fines don't finish with the driving force.
Householders can be fined $250 if their guest is caught rushing, too, she claims.
"There shouldn't be rushing," she stated.

Her HOA also has parking tickets for drivers who place their automobiles on the street.
Jesse stated all automobiles that park on the road will incur parking tickets from the HOA.
"They haven't any [allocated] visitor parking inside the group," she stated.
"None in any respect."
In an effort to host friends with automobiles at her home, Jesse claims she had to e-mail HOA authorities.
She stated the authorities took problem together with her mother's keep as a result of it lasted eight days.
She alleges the HOA claimed the length would make her mother a "resident."
"I do not have to call you and ask you for permission for the mortgage on the home that I pay for," she complained.
Drivers within the comments section agreed together with her anger.
