Ed Sheeran once got an epic homemade gift from Taylor Swift, complete with a joke made at Kanye West's expense. Sheeran, 34, took to Instagram earlier this month to show off some throwback pictures from his old phone. One photo included a jar of fresh jam made by Swift, now 35, which included a label with a personal note. Yo Ed I'm really happy 4 you and I'm gonna let you finish but this is the best JAM OF ALL TIME, T, the jar label read which was handwritten by Swift.
