Love Island's Tanyel Reven showed off the results of her new nose job as she opened up about the painful procedure on Monday. The reality star revealed she had undergone rhinoplasty after previously having nose filler which 'ruined her natural nose'. Speaking on her I'm Right He's Ron podcast with co-host Ron Hall, Tanyel admitted she couldn't stop crying during the recovery due to the swelling and pain. She also shared a number of selfies showing off her bandaged nose and bruised and swollen eyes.
