Chelsea ace Jude Soonsup-Bell has agreed to hitch Tottenham after rejecting curiosity from Manchester City.

The 19-year-old is very regarded at Stamford Bridge and the Blues had been eager to tie the teenager right down to a new long-term deal.

Soonsup-Bell’s current deal at Chelsea expires on the finish of the season but the Blues have been annoyed of their bid for him to signal recent phrases.
